I liked it. Don't really follow the Iron Man and Avenger movies and some characters I just didn't read. Will watch Infinity Wars, though I might be disillusioned with it. I'm fond of my nostalgic memories and don't like to see characters/stories the way I remember them not the same. Started after the first XMen movie. Haven't watched one second of Transformers for that exact reason.
Hard to not talk about the impact the books/comics made on how you perceived the movie.
I had read all the REH Conans long before the movies, so I was totally excited to see CONAN on the big screen. Knew all about Thor and Norse mytholology long before the movies. Yep, excited to see THOR on the silver screen. Literary characters, myths far more interesting to me than comic book heros, and I'm into comic books heros.
So with that said.
1.Conan... more about the character than a particular movie
2.Thor...same here
3.Tarzan...yep, same thing.
4.Hercules....the 1959 Steve Reeves classic
5.The Hulk...as a group
If Hollywood ever gets serious about the albino prince Elric (a Michael Moor creation) with his vampiric runeblade Stormbringer, this could be the greatest heroic fantasy flick ever, IF....done exactly the way Moor wrote it.
Lol. Too easy.
it.
Bend over, I'll ing show you Moor
Dude, grow the up, ok ya little ?
Here ya go midget.
Michael John Moor (born 18 December 1939) is an English writer, primarily of science fiction and fantasy, who has also published literary novels. He is best known for his novels about the character Elric of Melniboné, a seminal influence on the field of fantasy in the 1960s and 1970s.
As editor of the British science fiction magazine New Worlds, from May 1964 until March 1971 and then again from 1976 to 1996, Moor fostered the development of the science fiction "New Wave" in the UK and indirectly in the United States. His publication of Bug Jack Barron by Norman Spinrad as a serial novel was notorious; in Parliament some British MPs condemned the Arts Council for funding the magazine.[2] He is also a successful recording musician, contributing to the band Hawkwind, and his own project.
In 2008, The Times newspaper named Moor in its list of "The 50 greatest British writers since 1945".[3]
