    Damn bruh get better soon. I tore my ACL in 2012 and that was . But my knee is way stronger than it ever was now though. Funny thing is my left knee ("Good knee") seems to ache way more than my right knee these days. Hopefully it's nothing serious for you though.

    Strained my knee bad playing basketball in my late teens...took about a year for me to get over it and be able to play again without a brace. Still flares up occasionally when I run for long periods 10+ years later.

    Get well Big Dog..

    I suffered a knee Injury back in HS playing soccer and it was easily the worst injury I've ever had.

    Pieace of advice, don't rush.

    Even if you feel like you are 100% recovered, give it a week or two before engaging in anything extreme ( Sports)...I made that mistake.

    I am much slower now and just not as explosive.

    Hope you find someone that can help you avoid my end result.
