Anyone selling a computer?

XP will run fine on a 500 128 machine. I've done it before. But let me know if you do, I'll take it off your hands. I don't feel like spending as much as it would take for a new machine (even though I probably would be better off)

With 128 I'd either run Windows 2000 or get a little more RAM which should be pretty cheap...

Just teasing.. I am a video game developer for a living nowdays so I have to have top of the line machines. Lot of number crunching....

Either way, I just stumbled upon about 7 computers here at work that are all IBM 933mhz with 128 MBS of RAM. Anyone want to BUY a computer?

We've been giving them away. Actually, they weren't our companys. Assurant gave them to us so that we could access their WAN years ago (before I started working here) but they've sinced moved things onto the internet.

I guess they didn't want to spend the money on having them shipped back, so they just asked us to dispose of them.

I'll gladly do that.

We have 7, but I think out of those I may get 2 to sell. A few people here at work are going to take one as well.
