10/10 thread, would read again.
Montrezz Harrell made 3 more buckets than anyone else on the Rockets. That sums up the kind of night it was for them.
Losing by 20 at home when their starters barely crack 24 minutes? But I guess it was the Warriors, so less shame in that.
But wait, that's TWO 20 pt home losses now and the first was against a 20 win Nuggets team?
Well Harden is a bum and getting just 8 freebies is not enough to makeup his reality, he needs at least 20 to get 30 phony points.
I watched most of the second half. Houston looked atrocious. At one point they managed to cut the deficit down to 8, I think, and within minutes the Warriors had pushed it back to 16 with Curry and Thompson on the bench. Harden was bricking shots off the dribble, running the offense through himself, and Houston's entire response to adversity was to fire up threes. No offensive cohesion. They looked Game-4-in-a-0-3-series-against-a-juggernaut gassed. I'm sure the Rockets will turn things around and be compe ive in the Western race, but holy they looked abysmal tonight. Their -20 point differential is well deserved after these two games.
Don't worry, they'll look like champions when they face the Spurs.
It will simply be a matter of all the stupid, no-offense threes they throw at the rim going in at like a 55% clip instead of whatever the happened to them tonight.
Mchale has to go.
D12 needs to stop with all the smile-playful bs and play with more passion and heart in the REGULAR season
Beard needs to play D, and control turnovers and shake off his shooting misery. Stop it with the stir the pot when your team is getting anal raped.
I don't know wtf happened to brewer and Ariza
Harrell needs ALL of TJ's minutes
DMO needs to take off his post surgery Kotex-pad and get on the court
Thornton needs pt.
These morons could start 0-4.
Houston's regular season will be fine, but they're not getting back to the WCF. McHale is too garbage of a coach, Harden, while talented, is too hot/cold and showboat-oriented to truly lead a team to the Finals, and their role players are pieced together in a system that prioritizes incoherent 3-point shooting from transition offense, which just doesn't win you 16 playoff games. Especially not coming out of the West.
I would have thought McHale not Saunders would have been the drunk uncle to die of cancer first, tbh, especially considering his DAUGHTER had ovarian cancer early, but meh, Saunders' abrupt death is still fishy to me anyways
And spurs losing against a full rusty durant after leading all game but as usual chocking come money time...
Disjointed offense, no ball movement. Defensively, Harden and Lawson are atrocious together...
They were up 20 on the Heat and now losing by 15 in the fourth![]()
Nice take re .
Theres one guy on the Rockets that I like that would help the spurs....Ariza
Hope they keep McHale. He's a big part of the problem. Of course, if they do fire him, hope they replace McHale with Scotty Brooks.![]()
Outscored 65-26 in the 2nd half
Y'all gotta see Clutchfans right now... is glorious![]()
Tomorrow either the Thunder finally lose or the rockets fall to 0 and 4.
Spurs win either way, I say.

post some of the highlights
McHale sucks (still better than "only coach in history to blow two 3-1 series leads" Quitters, but that's not saying much), but Frauden and Dwight are uncoachable. Not even Pop could ring with a team built around those gots.
