Basketball Leagues?

Any of you all know where and when my team can sign up for local basketball tournements and leagues, or know of where I can find out info on it.

Just got back from another boring day at the gym...nobody goes out there anymore

And I always hear about people saying the play at local SAPR gyms in leagues and in tournaments... how do you find out where and when???
