Shouldn't have Pop instead gone with Anderson and Simmons. They clearly played well when they were there. Not only fearlessly but at times they seemed to be the only ones giving a .
Pop a bit stubborn here. He actually did end up benching Kawhi a little, but probably it was a minutes restrictions prearranged anyway.
I hope they learn from this. The other two guys can play. I would start Anderson bc Simmons is too wild at times with TO and fouling. He does have a whole lot of energy, but his best asset, transition baskets is not even useful with the SL, since that unit likes to slow the pace down.
If Kawhi is sick, start Anderson, put Simmons on the bench. Maybe we would not have gotten so far behind in the first place.

No doubt Kawhi was feeling ill but the Spurs starters missed all their shots. Toronto PnR is good.
