I predict a reasoned and level-headed reaction to this news.
I'm sure activists say it is.
If a place is a "privately owned" place, rather "publicly owned," such actions are infringing of the rights of the owners.
But then authoritarian liberals love to abuse authority.
just guessing, other than gender normative self-presentation has been more abused than the liberty of business owners to mistreat their employees and guests because of said self-presentation. I do agree that the new rule is meant to curtail the traditional, formerly socially-approved liberty of employers to mistreat s and other so-called social misfits.
