What are the most racist cities / states in the U.S ?

As for states/region, Southern Indiana, Tenessee, Arizona seem to be wacist too (from what I've read)

Oh there is a difference but not a very significant one. Poverty has a direct well established correlation.

I think the racism is worse when it comes to Mexicans vs Blacks now, especially here in Texas.

I know people who grew up there, and they told me, that's why. It's not a good place. They even mentioned it in Into the Abyss, but that was more about white on white crime.
