Paul at 30 with a broken hand is not coming back the same. They're better off keeping Blake or blowing it all up.

you think so bruh? i think pauls game ages well because he's highly skilled. he's stillt he clippas best player to date and has 2-3 years left. blake's athleticism has an expiring date and i don't know how can you build around him...plus da clippas will get more from blake..

Contra,, he's a busted asset. Griffin could net better assets via trade

His game is the kind that a broken hand would really hurt, tbh. He needs to be a fast little guy to keep doing well, Blake still has time to expand his skillset and build around while Paul is at his very best the day you see him at this point.

We keep Paul because he's a true floor general and also the best player in this team. He's also a fan favorite. Blake was the future but his image took a bit and it's highly questionable if he can elevate his game once CP3 is gone. This is similar to Nash-Amare. You take a healthy Nash over Amare, 365 days a year.

CP3 gets seriously injured every year, can't see how he's aging well when he's already breaking down in his early 30s.

Cute. Because the duo has peaked and keeping both is pointless.

Clippers will also need to trade Blake. He will only become more injury prone as he gets older.

Are NBA players allowed to play with a cast? I'd imagine Paul with one hand is better than anyone else they've got with two.

CP3/Blake, they have been holding back Jeff Green/Austin Rivers.

A CP3 standee is probably more useful than Austin Rivers.

I'd still give the pair another year. A le contender isn't easy to build and it'll take them years to have another team as good as they have now. And you can't dump Paul and keep Griffin since Blake is good enough to derail the inevitable tank. And you can't keep Paul and dump Griffin when Blake's trade value is at an all-time low. I'd keep them together, no reason for them to become the Lakers for the next 5 years.

Sure, he can choke in a big game just as easy in a cast.
