Paul is a top 2 PG in the last 15 years. Probably the best.
The thing is that WestBrick OWNS Choke P3:
He murdered him during their last meeting this season & also in the 2014 playoffs.

Parker better than both
They're totally different types of players, so I don't know if you can compare them. Paul is probably the best pass-first PG since Stockton, whereas Westbrook is a scorer. He's fearless and while it loses a lot of games for you, it wins just as many more.
That being said, in today's NBA I think having a Westbrook is a primary offensive player is more valuable to a franchise. Paul would be better on the Thunder with Durant as the go-to guy though.
He'll certainly go down in history as more accomplished than both.
Westbrook is the better athlete, Paul is better as a basketball player. The issue is that Westbrook does seem like he will ever get his head right.
