Was up in Austin last night and wanted to get a snack. Also needed to get a travel size shampoo. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a super tall black guy looking in the ethnic hair product section. After getting over my initial fear, I turned to see what the dude looked like. Turned out it was Kevin Durant. Let me tell you...this dude is tallllll. And he's much bigger than he looks on the court.

I approached him and told him I liked his game but that I was a die hard Spur fan. He told me that was cool and then he complimented me on my jeans. In turn, I recommended SheaMoisture's Jamaican Black Oil. He thanked me and picked up a bottle.

I mentioned that I had close ties to Spurstalk and that I could probably answer any questions he had about the team. He was very interested to hear my thoughts on how he would fit in with Leonard and Aldridge and said that it sounded like a good fit for him. He then asked if they've (Spurs) have decided on who would be the new point guard for next season. I stuttered and started to make something up. Then acted like my phone was buzzing and I excused myself.

As as I was walking away, I heard him say, "that's what I thought".
