the on-line market is very compe ive, very hard to go wrong, define exactly what chip you need (sometimes not easy, esp for older machines) and the search for it on one of the price comparison sites.
Now is a good time to upgrade.
Go to crucial.com. Meow.
It's hard to go wrong on pricewatch as long as you stick with reputable dealers and low-density memory. Of course, Ebay is cheaper as long as you know what you are looking for.
