I went to a Santana concert at the Compaq center in Houston one time.
It was mindblowing.
3 hour show, and he played new and old.
Santana = Best guitarist ever.
I guess I was a little disappointed with the concert tonight. Only a couple of the old stuff was played. I knew about 4 or 5 songs, the rest was probably new music coming out in his next cd. Songs like Europa, Oye Como Va, Black Magic Women, were not played. The last time I saw Santana was in the Sunken Gardens, and he played all his old hits. I guess times have changed to the point that the old stuff is just to old for the younger crowd. I guess I'll be better off listening to his cd's of old hits at home.

Oh yea, I think he's the best! The sound, the music itself was great, but it's just that alot of the songs I grew up listening to were not there. I forgot, another song that he didn't play was," She's not there". Oh well, at least I heard him play those songs the first time I saw him.
