He had an MRI and is having neck problems referred to as a "stinger". I think this is a serious concern for Dallas and hopefully it's not something that's going to be long term.

Questionable... it shouldn't be a concern if it's only for a game.

Yes but neck injuries, however minor or small, almost always have long term effects. The serious concern stems from Philly's short pass game and McNabb's movement. As JLB for this team Nguyen's spot we be sorely missed and could be a definite weakness for our defense.

Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Dat have a neck injury before?

I think Scott Fujita will likely fill his role. Fujita is solid, but obviously a step down from Dat.

Fowler is listed as Nguyen's backup. Fujita backs up Singleton at SLB. Nguyen runs JLB as we running a 3-4 defense this year.Of course with Parcells you really never know who will play until game day. Fujita might be a good decision though.

Well, I've got to hope it won't be Fowler or Shanle inm there... they are good special teams players - but they aren't starting material. The only thing worse than Fowler starting at MLB would be Lynn Scott at FS... thank god that nightmare is over.
