Are they both telling each other that?
Guys. Seriously. As much as Gary Payton crowned himself 4th biggest in the NBA universe for joining the lakers that season, his unique style of talking deserves my respect.
He was oversized and played defense (PLAYED) and talked AND was the point guard for the same team for a load of years. I would honestly love for parker to talk one fourth of the that GP talked in his heydey. If all out talking did not work, then the seattle coach was a re .
So I will refrain from scoffing GP.
I just hate GP because of his snarl. I also hates how he chews gum all the time. I guess he just loves having something in his mouth at all times.
"Dayum! Yo' breaf stinks!"
i don't like that. and i hope NVE does not chew gum anymore during games.
talking is fine...if you can back it up.
i like the example TD sets for the NBA.
even Manu, he takes it to the cup, gets fouled hard and calmly gets up, goes to the line and sinks his throws...
they all follow the footsteps of David.
3 trophy's in the box, more to come.![]()
"YOU WILL NOT TALK TO ME THAT WAY, I DRIVE A DODGE STRATUS!!!"
yeah dude.
The Glove did back it up....
He never got a ring. That isn't really backing it up.
exactly, you can't go down as one of the biggest talkers in the nba and have no ring to show for it.
i have much more respect for reggie miller than payton.
reggie doesn't have a ring either, but dayum, that man balled up when his number was called.
yeah. Reggie was ing clutch. Too bad they never put a team around him. When Rik Smits is the best big man you've ever played with, it deserves a mad amount of sympathy.
Hmm... Like Bowen?
