There's a certain lack of pressure that I've found comes with it. It's mostly a mental thing but if you know that you're going to be together forever there's less pressure to try to be perfect all the time. You can be yourself and if you screw up you'll probably get the chance to redeem yourself tomorrow.

I didn't mean getting your spouse to have sex was the easiest part, that's a whole different aspect. I meant once in sexual mutual agreement, the act of having sex is easy/automatic.
I'd say watching TV ... but only if you pretty much like watching the same kinds of things. If not, then no.
What marriage makes easier, though, is all the mushy "I love you" things, as well as paying the bills, bringing in the groceries from the car, finding a date for the company Christmas party, and getting laid more than just the third Sunday after a new moon on months that end in "y".
Oh, and getting scorpions stepped on.
just living is easier, i think sex is pretty darn easy - but I never had sex outside of marriage so I can;t compare, the practical things (bills, chores, family commitments, social things) are easier.
But it;s hard to answer "what is easier" with out going into the Pro's of marriage.
I think living each day woth my absolute best friend on earth, the person I tell all my secrets to, who knows me better then anyone, supports me, loves me, makes the very atmosphere in my home comfortable and happy... I think thats the easiest part. Without that, life itself is infinatly more dificult.
For me the easiest part is knowing that there is someone else out there with the same goals as I have. I love the fact that we want the same things from life. It doesn't mean that we like to to spend our days doing the same things together all the time, but we know that at the end of the day we come together and regroup and figure out how to tackle the next day.
