That might be the fastest way to get that fire out.
Let the fire burn itself out. Dont call anyone, you may be questioned for arson.
1. Get a large sailing vessel to sail up to it and extinguish the flame with its bow wave.

I have a car...I am not sure what kind, but it is blue...In any case the pedal goes all the way to the floor when I apply the brakes & it does not stop any more...Is this normal or should I have it checked out? My wife was just leaving with the kids on a cross country vacation.....
