Patty is a nice regular season piece and good minutes-eater. He is, however, unplayable against Golden State when Klay is defending him, which sucks. But he's still a solid bench piece and solid contributor. Overpaid? Maybe a little. But I'm not mad he's back, especially when you see some of these ridiculous contracts being handed out in FA.
If he was unplayable how did we have a 20 point lead with Patty starting?
Mills shot 1-8 that game, he literally did nothing but watch Kawhi
He's even unplayable in the bench since Livingston re-signed

With Kawhi/Gay and LMA, Patty is best suited coming off the bench. Let Murray distribute to those 3, and Murray is a better matchup defensively with Green/Simmons. Patty can finish the game ala Manu.
