Darko Milicic
Michael Olowokandi

My team does not include busts due to injury, just to suckassededness.
Longo
Adam Morrison
Anthony Bennett
Kwame Brown
Hasheem Thabeet
Darko Milicic
Michael Olowokandi
Mengke Bateer
PG Dajuan Wagner
SG OJ Mayo
SF Jan Vesely
PF Anthony Bennett
C Nikoloz Tsikitishvili
6th Man Yi Jianlian
Derrick Coleman...he should've been a transcendent player imo
Clippers All-Bust team
Olowokandi
Lamar Odom
Darius Miles
Danny Ferry
Greg Oden is the first player that comes to mind when I think bust. I guess that falls into the injury thingy though.
Lonzo
Adam Morrison
Anthony Bennett
Kwame Brown
Thabeet
good list.
But Darius was so good at doing that fist bump thing on his head tho......
Most frustrating thing about Kandi was he was really good. Not just good. He just didn't give a , never gave it his all or commited. Flashes of top 10 center and then he'd off.
It made watching Clippers games fun though when Walton would just all over Kandiass non-stop. I can't believe people here wanted the Spurs to sign that piece of back in 2003.
Others to consider:
Joe Barely Cares
Chris Washburn
Sam Bowie
Pervis Ellison
Danny Ferry
Stacey King (Kwame before Kwame)
Kent Benson
LaRue Martin
Andrea Bargnani
Joe Smith (kind of)
Mantis
El Busto (so bad I forgot his real name)
Yinka Dare!
90s nba
There's a lot worse Clippers to put, tbh.
A generational thing. In my day, La Rue Martin was synonymous with bust. He was picked ahead of Hall of Famers Bill McAdoo & Julius Erving.
Might as well call it the Trailblazer Curse. LOL, Sam Bowie instead of Michael Jordan.
Drafting Johnny Flynn over Steph Curry after just picking Rubio is still hilarious. Even back then you knew that was just a bad pick.T'Pups
There’s a large disparity between expectation and production, and those players fell well short of both. All went on to have an ineffective career. At least Wright had respectable numbers with the Clippers and I don’t consider Livingston a bust.

Livingston was on his way, tbh. But it wouldn't be fair to make the judgment outright given that injury. Keith Closs maybe?
Rubio was really young and had a great Olympics, right? And there was concern about Curry being too fragile. Don't think people saw the league becoming so pussified either, tbh. I was high on Curry. I thought he was the best pick in the draft; but I remember posting about it and not getting much traction; so, I figured I was just too high on that Davidson wave.
Marcus Thornton
Tyreke Evans
DeMarcus Cousins
Isiah Thomas
Exactly, I excluded Shaun because of the gruesome injury. That’s out of his control unlike the other players mentioned above. Closs, was undrafted.
One player I forgot to mention is Benoit Benjamin, though he managed to put up respectable numbers, he’s definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed. I remember the story when he did not play because he brought two left basketball shoes at the game![]()
