You know "wild boar" is just a feral pig, right? We shoot those damn things and let the buzzards eat them. Let's just say that they don't exactly eat the nicest things, and in turn you're eating them. Example: you bait hog traps using corn with diesel poured on top - even the birds won't eat that.
