This thread has some serious backfiring potential, tbh.
On thing is for sure, they don't believe he will bring them back to relevance, especially against super teams. He was brought in to sell tickets, but when the LeBron stuff started materializing (even before, when the PG stuff started sounding serious), Ball was instantly rendered unimportant. Add on the fact that LaVar went stupid on them (and on the NCAA), and you have the recipe for your ticket out of town.
Lonzo's young clearly has talent and potential but of course you would move him for LeBron/Kawhi. I would be happy to have him on the Spurs if it weren't for Lavar tbh.
Well, you would be one of the only ones. The Spurs already said "Not Interested..........to be a Spur you have to shoot well". Thats what was stated.

He's a great talent IMO. If Lavar got hit by a bus Lonzo would be the guy I'd be most interested in the Spurs landing in a trade for Leonard unless they could convince Ainge to give up Tatum. But it's a package deal and I can't imagine how much of a cancer he'd be in San Antonio.
