So basically he is saying ICC should never go after the US or its allies like Israel and Saudi
I am more starting to think Trump who will possibly speak to UN next assembly will announce or at least threaten the disbandment of the UN as well

If dubya, head, rummy, wolfie, Powell, McWarrior, Hillary, etc, weren't penalized for voting for the Iraq geopolitical on-going disaster for BigOil, why would Bolton be penalized?
Bolton also HATES the UN, so Repugs sent him to be US Ambassador to UN.

USA has always been against the ICC as the ICC is a body that can investigate US war crimes in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Lbia, Syia.
But this Sopranos at ude is still suprising. He apparently threatened also any country or individual that cooperates with the ICC investigations on US or even Israeli war crimes
ICC has responded that they will continue the investigations unfazed. But you wonder about the countries that need to cooperate or the funders of the ICC

Nobody is convening a grand jury in the US to punish UN members... it's not realistic unless you're willing to break a ton of international treaties.
Same applies to the ICC. The US was a signatory to it's creation (even though they withdrew the signature later on). Jurisdiction on the court is decided by the UN's security council.
This, however, is another time the US takes a bullet for Israel for no reason whatsoever.
