he should’ve went to houston. 2 of his banana boat buddies are already there.
Be interesting to see what happens if no one comes and joins him in LA.

Even if a good FA comes, the team is garbage. Especially if no one comes, they're especially ty.
I don't know how you look at what they had last year and feel like it was worth it. Guess Magic sold him on Paul George or thought they had Kawhi in the bag.
Or LBJ just wants to go into semi-retirement, but he looks like he's actually trying right now. More than his teammates are.
Glad he didn't. It just makes the east more interesting now that he's gone.
He only came to make movies. He's already retired tbh
All they needed was his giant ego to blow up that team.
He ain't no leading man material. He will also learn that in the West.
Be most interesting if Durant broke his acl
Better than Larry Bird?
Haha tell me more
the Phoenix Suns would be a Playoff team in the East. That's how weak the East is. LeBron gon find out soon enough
Might be out till end of season

The Lakers have just become the Los Angeles Cavs. That is what I am seeing on the court. If Lakers fans think this team is going to win an NBA championship or sniff at any of Kobe's Lakers accomplishments as currently constructed, no chance unless they get Durant, Davis and Kawhi after this season. LeBron is in for a long NBA season with this roster, they may make the playoffs but I could see them missing the playoffs. Lots of close games because LeBron is on the roster but they won't be able to get over the hump most nights the way teams play in the West.
They're not as good as the Cavs and Cleveland was able to make it to the ECF constantly with far fewer wins than it takes in the West.
Bump. Already running out of patienceThis ain't the East where teams are scared to play you and you can coast in the regular season. Teams here play the Dubs 4 times every season, they ain't scared of no LeBron
The Lakers aren't put together nearly as well as the Cavs, and the Cavs weren't that great. But they did have good role-players and guys who could shoot the ball. Lakers are ty on defense and can't rebound worth a .
But the West really is that much better than the East. Portland and Denver are Utah would rip up the other conference. Would be far better than the Wizards and maybe even closer to the top of the Conference.
where 50wins in the west wont even get you a playoff spot...lol lebron, lol fakers
Lol, no.
I grew up in Alpha Ball era. Kobe is my most hated player ever.
Lebron is a loser.
Kobe was dragged to his les by Shaq and then had a ridiculous front line when he was the 'alpha' in Gasol, Odom, and Bynum. LeBron's so far better than Kobe it's not funny.
Kobe battled in tougher era. If I am Duncan/MJ, I would certaintly take Lebron
But ultimately: gun to your head. Who are you choosing as a running mate Kobe or James
James and Kobe had significant overlap as players.
I'd pick James every single time. Kobe Bryant wasn't anything without a dominant front line and was Robin to Shaq's Superman for the first three championships. The second two he won in a weak point for the league and he had a ridiculous front line, again, to do it. There's no comparison between the two.
James still has the ability to add to his legacy. I am gambling that he declines it as most/all NBA legends do. Age is undefeated....
I think Kobe/Gasol defeat Dirk for example. I am firm believer of tougher era. But I recognize the circular argument of older is better than newer etc. Dirk did ultimately defeat the Phil Lakers.
