It's unfortunate that there's so many good players in the league and every year few guys who deserves it doesn't end up getting one. In order for DD to have a realistic shot, the Spurs would need to finish top 3 in the west and DeRozan would have to maintain his current statistics, or perhaps even add a few more points to his statsheet.
30/6/6 would be a dream come true for me after 9 long years of being a DeStan. I'm getting hard just thinking about him winning MVP.
