    It's time to admit the Lakers were stupid to give up on D'Angelo Russell, Brooklyn was smart to take a little risk on him. LA should have tried to get rid of Mozgov's contract by using Lonzo Ball, who isn't nearly as dynamic of a threat as Russell is. Not saying he's great, but he's playing well for the Nets.

    I'm just reading the boxscore so....Scott 3-4 on treys. Gallinari 0-8. Yet the latter gets the minutes including damn near the whole 4th qtr.

    Because of his defense?

    Because Doc's son was on the other team and he didn't want them to lose and start blowing it up. Once again, Doc cares more about what's best for Austin's career than what's best for the Clippers.

    Keep in mind that Gallo is sick with the flu and probably shouldn't have played at all. Avery Bradley got 32 minutes despite being as useless as ever. But he's a former Celtic, so the only way he'll stop getting big minutes is if the front office trades him away. Milos wasn't even active last night after carrying us to a win the night before. We certainly could have used him when the offense started getting bogged down in isoball and turnovers. Doc is a joke.
