You start planning for it on a Thursday. Get everything done, all those honey do's taken care of and out of the way. Make damn sure you have set yourself up for success. Leave no stones unturned.
From Friday night to Sunday and bed time I expect to have sex, listen to some gems, watch ball games or track or boxing/MMA. We love the hills and spend time up there (DVR rolling). Bottom line is to do nothing workish or things you don't want to do. That is what Mon-Fri-day is about. Sat/Sun is totally and complete selfishness, 100% all about you.
After you leave her rolling in her little boat , another job well done. I like to head off into my Fortress of Solitude, and surround myself with....me. This is mix a drink, light some candles, incense, and try and come up with tonights show. Will I wander the Mississippi Delta with Robert Johnson, roam west Texas with Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys. maybe head into Memphis and Sun Studios with Carl, Jerry Lee, Johnny, Roy and Elvis? How about some Indian flute or some Marley and Tosh? This ain't easy when you have a million options. But, I always manage to finally find that.....ok, this will work.
So there I sit sipping on a whiskey, coke, red hots mix, watching the smoke from the candles, incense drift aimlessly towards the ceiling, watching the weirdness from my lava lamp, chillin' with................
