2:30 Standard "hard" foul "flagrant"
3:15 "That should be maybe two and the ball...."
In a 2-2 series, only 3/10th through the video....
The flagrant foul was invented because Jordan's Bulls were too soft on their own to beat Ewing's Knicks. Sure, there was a guise of safety; but the truth is the Knicks weren't doing anything that Pistons weren't doing to Worthy's Lakers or Bird's Celtics. In fact, it was less b/c nobody was as dirty as Laimbeer.
Two shots and the ball to spot Michael points and breathers combined with the ghost fouls (star calls) made good teams great, provided they had the right players in the right markets.

You forgot about flops. Jordan's Bulls pioneered that, too.
Don't forget outright cheating.
