Didn't Phoenix just beat the Warriors a couple weeks ago?
Phoenix has been pretty decent to watch lately, surprisingly..
Meh. ty teams turn it on at the end of the year because they sense the summer coming. They'll be a pile of again in October.
I hope they keep it up. They play Utah three times in the next three weeks.
Warriors have a 2004 Lakers vibes about them. They will survive the West but an East team pulls the upset..
The stars' chemistry isn't there with KD one foot out the door and the Cousins experiment has failed ..
The Warriors are looking human again, and I think there are two big reasons: Iguodala is playing fewer minutes (and is older and less impactful), and Cousins is gumming up the paint and changing the entire offense, making it more traditional-- the exact opposite of the what the Death Lineup was all about. I wonder if Kerr will cut his minutes in the playoffs... he has the worst +/- of the starters by far. I hope he doesn't-- that makes the Warriors more vulnerable to an upset.
If the Rockets don't get hurt and keep it up, I see them beating these Warriors. They haven't looked right in a while. Durant is out the door, Draymond is a nobody likes, the bench sucks, Iggy and Livingston aren't top notch role-players anymore. They may squeeze another one out, but it'll be tough.
They just can't play defense like they used to, I don't see how that's going to change..they'll get better in the playoffs with increased effort, but none of their guys are what they used to be..
Houston is probably the only team that can challenge them in the West, but the Bucks/Raptors/Celtics are all built to beat them(although those teams have major question marks, as well)
They should still win it all. But honestly, if they want to get back to their best style of play in the playoffs, they should go heavy with a line-up of Curry, Klay, Durant, Livingston/Iguodala and Looney/Bell. In the playoffs, have that as the main line-up, and the line-up to close games. Let’s see how great a team guy Donkey is when he’s playing 12 minutes a game and sitting the entire 4th quarter. Would his ego allow for him to handle it with the class Bogut did?
Lol no.
We didn't do this last year, believe me. In fact, we won zero games in March and two in April. I think they're sick and tired of losing. We still need a point guard though.
Not all ty teams do thugs. But it happens.
