There's no rule that states you can't show your displeasure at low-level cops who's sole job is to ticket people. There was no reason to arrest her in the first place.
Stupid ass cop. driving around giving people warnings on a stupid change signal light. Yes it's nice when people use their turn signal, but it's a lame excuse to pull someone over when there is clearly no traffic on that street

there is some real estate in for this made cop. there was no reason for her to be arrested, just give her the bull ticket and go on about your day. cops hate when you don't kiss they ass and acquiesce to their bull .

It's kind of like if I go to your house demanding you'd stop whatever you're doing.
What's more it was reported that he wasn't going to ticket her at all, just give a warning.
So...why would he need her to stop smoking on her own car? Or get out of the car? Either give the ticket or the warning and move on.
Either way, dont act like you just got rebuffed by your crush and throw tantrums.

Here's a crazy scenario:
cop- "Blah blah blah, reasonable demand, reasonable demand."
driver- "ok" or if you're wanting to lower the tension even more "yes sir"
cop- "blah blah blah" either ticket or warning
being nice works a lot of the time, arguing NEVER does

Takes two to tango. The cop was totally unreasonable and then she wanted to escalate the incident. This silly pride stuff can't be put aside for redemption later. There is no thinking ahead by either party, they react to silly moments needlessly an immediately. Cop was definitely prodding her and she went along for the ride.

arguing isn't a crime, smoking a cigarette isn't a crime, does not necessitate arresting.
The WHITE cop lost control so he is a (typical?) bad cop, at fault, another innocent BLACK person dead. The cop violated a Supreme Court ruling of this year that the citizen cannot be detained longer than necessry to present the citation.

why is the cop to blame for her hanging herself? Isn't that a separate argument from the reason for the arrest?
