Can't say I'm surprised. He got the new experience he wanted, and there isn't really room for him on the Spurs. I still don't see him being willing to take the 3rd-string PG role.

Sean basically announced it way back at Manu's jersey retirement.

Sorry. Try this one.

Mr.Barry got something to say.
I'll never have love for TP like I do TD and Manu, he never should've gone to Charlotte. him.
Time to head to that big open farm in the countryside, Porky.
rather have him than mills
I hope he does retire and they conduct a nice ceremony next season for his Jersey being raised to the rafters.
Hopefully the fans at the arena will not be s and show him the proper respect he earned while in the black and silver.
Yet here we are
If he does, he should've retired last year as a spur. It was sad to see him play with another team.
Hopefully Pop rewards him with a 3 year loyalty contract, $10 million per, 3rd year team option.
Obviously after his injury it was mainly willpower leading him back. I think Charlotte will obviously not be the same, and moving 3 times in 3 years isn't appealing . Great career regardless.
Spurs should trade Mills, then sign Parker for vet minimum to be the 3rd string PG and mentor the young kids. This team could need some of that Big 3 aura around just to gel better. Let him retire in 2020 as a Spur
Not a bad idea, but I doubt it happens since Brent Barry is part of the front office.
Porker ruined his legacy by turning his back on the Spurs to go to a third rate franchise in Charlotte. F him tbh.
Could be the Euroguay MVP.
Seriously speaking, i wouldn't mind this.
Timvp talks about how Parker actually had a decent year.
Yeah he's not 3 pt threat but neither is Mills lol. Parker has the higher bball IQ. Mills doesn't even know what time it is. And being battle tested and seeing it all and go knowing what it takes to get through it, it would be nice for him to truly be a mentor to our young guys. Walker/White/Murray/Forbes and whatever rookies we get.
Honestly, i would take it in a heartbeat.
spurs retire coat riders numbers, nothing to see here....
Tarnished his legacy, all because he had no interest in being paid to mentor the new generation. Meanwhile, TD and Manu are retired and still show up to the Spurs facility to train with the team and teach the new guys.
Parker stays with Spurs "dude is too jealous, drove kl away, won't share minutes, plz pay Patty, tosb, I want Parker leave"
Parker leaves as free agent " dude is too jealous, he needs to baby sit,"
