You're missing the Thunder from the list. A lot depends on free agency and the draft but the Kings and Mavs will both definitely be better teams.
I think the Lakers make trades and/or win big in the rigged draft and/or free agency. LeBron not making the playoffs 2 years in a row would cost the league serious ratings and revenue. Lakers definitely make the playoffs next year.
Rockets could be worse actually but think they would make playoffs
Spurs won't be much better next year than they were this year. The broken PG isn't better than White but if we can get both of them on the floor together, we might have something.

Andres, in your heart of hearts, you know you'll be damn ecstatic if a C level player like Butler was signed. LA is a hole everyone is avoiding. The "LA is an awesome place to live" myth has been dispelled.
You and that Bynumite got will get your panties soaked once you sign some aging, gone-nowhere, done-nothing C level "star" that will be King's boy and then will spend the rest of the season taking another ass- ing from everyone because it blew up, per par. But bless your hearts for having the balls to stick around and lack of brains to pretend you're going to make forward progress.
Dallas is going to be dangerous with Luka, Unicorn, and Vucevic next year tbh.....

It’s unfathomable that LA misses the playoffs again. Unless they actually trade Bron. But you would think that land at least one big FA.
But I really hope NO doesn’t take all the mediocre kids for AD and save LA.
At this point i'm hoping LeGM uses his influence to make something happen, because i have 0 faith in the Lakers front office.
Lakers will need a really good FA signing, tbh.
