ya did you guys catch the part of the statement where the lawyer said the kid was asking the teacher all about her birthmarks well BEFORE any dna exchanges came down. Inferring that perhaps he was coached by the mom and dad playing the long game and looking for a big payoff. Or the kid himself is kind of deranged and was going to get off on making a move on her and subsequently making her suffer. Don't tell me teenagers are not capable of concocting such plans.
Yes yes I know for the "other side" that the teacher is the adult and in a position that she should have been able to tell him no. Ok, got it. But further in her defense it's being reported she asked to have the kid removed from her class well before the sex took place. Again, does not absolve her but please, have a clue principal.
