Wouldn’t you rather just watch other teams play on Christmas or better yet, spend time with family and friends? I actually find it hard to get to a TV on holidays...
would much rather see the Blazers vs Nuggets, rather than Pelicans vs. Nuggets. Or even Blazers vs. Jazz - that sounds fun.

We are lucky we haven't been relegated to the GLeague.
Our biggest star is Gregg Popovich and if we dress him up as Santa he will be a huge attraction.
(And a great half time show,where 10 lucky children in attendance will sit on his lap at mid court)

They gonna make the Lakers and Clippers play an afternoon game on Christmas? figures. Rockets and Warriors have the evening game. If I was an NBA player on Christmas I'd want that evening game.

What the do you expect? This isn't an exciting team. We arguably don't even have a top 20 player. It isn't about disrespect, it's about what people want to watch, and no one wants to watch the Spurs except Spurs' fans.

If you keep up with the current media cycle on the NBA, it's all about Lakers, Clippers, Rockets, and of all teams, the freaking Pelicans just because they got Zion and some spare parts.
, the media is even trying to hype up Brooklyn even though they won't do anything for a year while Durant is rehabbing.
All of the talk about the new "power-duos" in the NBA, and Aldridge/DeRozan get no mention.
I get it, they aren't Lebron/AD or Kawhi/PG...but I still bet dollars to donuts they will be right there at the finish line come the end of the season.
Spurs are right back flying under the radar and, frankly, I am okay with that. Let the media focus on the circus while our team just does what it does.
