Masterful performance for Wilder. He showed he is ready for anyone. Bring on Fury!
Awkward sloppy fight, but entertaining with tension throughout. Of all the long swinging punches wilder threw, the one that ended was the quick pop from the shortest distance.
masterful? are u serious? lol. He was getting tagged all night and was winded by round 5. I hate it that he carries his hand low and is off balance on a lot of shots. He's one of the top hws in the world, but I'm not convinced yet that he can truly dominate this division. H just gets hit too much
LOL White boxers.
He'll probably fight Martin before Tyson since the guy has a rematch with Klitchko.
Looping lefts against a solid orthodox puncher usually means closed casket. Dude was out. I was ringside when he did the same to siarhei liakhovich. Had dude flopping like a fish. Serious power. Resume still shaky. Other than possibly Stiverne and maybe Malik "I throw nothing but jabs" Scott, not really impressive.
Yep i turned to fight right after fitz buried the Pack, just as Wilder dropped his ass. Nicca spin that dude on impact buckled his knees
This was even worse thnngnnan thar one back in 2016
He one punch manned him!
Wilder is like an idiot savant of boxing
Nothing about his boxing technique makes much sense and he always looks sloppy defending, but I've not seen many fighters who knew how to throw hammers and not have a 4 round gas tank.
Looked like he was losing all the rounds, tbh. We all knew he'd find that punch though, even Fury got his.
Yeah I read a post fight quote where he said he doesn't care about losing rounds. All he is looking for is that one second window.
The man said he wants a death on his record, he's pretty much just focused on a power punch that'll take someone out. Even Fury couldn't avoid it, God knows how he got up.
He'll probably get one. My bet is it'll be after his boxing career is over.
Re: Wilder
Spurs sign Dejounte Wilder to a 4 year contract to replace DeMar, tbh
