nice. I'm glad to have Rob on my side again, after the role he played in the two Rockets' championships. It sucked having to cheer against him in those big moments, but that's what happens when you're a Laker. I don't care what the guy does in the regular season, he will be worth it in the playoffs when the stakes are raised.

Or beats up two guys and a woman and a night club.

Or talks about having sex with certain women when it's false.

No woman was beat up in Colorado. But one was sexually assaulted by a married man w/a child. Such class LA has, OJ, Kobe, Mark Furhman, WOW!

Horry is useless. He went 1 for 31 in the playoffs. He plays lifeless in the regular season. How is going to help us? We are just going to give 5 million to some one who will rarely play 10-15 min per game.

Who would you rather us give it to Jackass er I mean donkey?

May as well spend it since we got it since the deal is only for one year guranteed.

Sorry if I'm not all that excited. I'll be happy if he's sinking those last second 3's for us instead of the Lakers though.

I like him because he's a good shooter (other than being exhausted this year), and is a nice, long defender that you can throw at some of the other tweener forwards like Dirk or KG. Horry averges a block and a steal per game.

    Definitely a good signing.

He's one of the guys I'd hoped the Spurs would go after.

    I think he'll be a great Spur.

Horry had a tough playoffs, but he bore the brunt of the playoff burden at the 4-spot for a good part of last season.

He played too many minutes and was done by the time the playoffs rolled around.

If the Spurs had asked Steve Kerr to play 29.3 minutes a game during the regular season the way the Lakers asked Robert Horry, I doubt if Steve would have the kind of post season he had this year.

Horry is a difference maker, in the same realm as our beloved Steve Kerr. Horry is Mr. Playoff Basketball. His playoff averages are higher in every significant statistical category than are his regular season averages. He has hit countless clutch post season shots. . .we all know that. Pop wants him for one reason, the post season push.

I think this is a very good move.
