Hey holc,
I'm actually 21, soon to be 22, and sadly I'm done growing

But the 1-2 hours is just my usual play time, I don't go to the gym or anything, and the only weight are lift are these 15 pound ones I have at home, and I do some sets with those everyday to work on my biceps.
I am in pretty good shape, I just wanna get that ripped bicep/ab look, I'm close, but not quite there, and I don't know what else to change - I ear pretty healthy, no soda's, try to eat vegetables, etc.
Are there any particular nutriens/protein shakes you could reccomand? I've never had any.
