The show takes a satirical look at the day's events with famous characters in French and international life recreated in the form of latex puppet.

    Damn, i might have been too young to remember right, but wasn't there an American show with the same kind of puppets. I remember a Phil Collins/Genesis video that had them too. I had nightmares as a kid from those things!

    It's the continuation of the english show - spitting image. I believe there was an american spin off for a short time. Anyway "Les Guignoles" are hilarious and I've never seen a show that is tougher on it's own politician than this one.
