Call of Duty 2 is the best one I've played.
Seeing as how the holiday season is upon us, and there is no way to get full reviews on the holiday games what do you think were the best Games of 2005?
Here are mine
My 2 of the year were released pretty early
Had a great story and slipped under the radar, it was a little on the short side, and not as immersive as Bioware's first hit, KOTOR.
Hands down the best game of 2005 badass graphics, badass story arch, badass villians. It was released on the Gamecube so not many people played it as they should have. But it was just a badass game.If you have a Gamecube and don't have this you are stupid.
Call of Duty 2 is the best one I've played.
It may not be the best, but Destroy All Humans is pretty damn funny.
Nothing can mess with San Andreas.
God of war, RE4, shadow of the collosus

I forgot about this game. It was the death. Best PS2 game of 2005.
best game ever on ps2, but that was 2004
i only ever really play sports games, so id go with either madden 05 or nba live

I'd have to say Soul Calibur 3.
Dunno all I play is World of Warcraft...well I guess that would be 04' but I haven't seen the light of day at all in 05' because of it!

It came out on PC in 2005.

I've been so out of the video game loop. One of the last games I got was last christmas, i think, it was MegaMan X7.
The music was tight.

The storyline is great, the characters are great, the movie will be a blockbuster record. You heard it here first!
On PC I've been playing CoD 2, if its not the best pc game I've played this year I don't know what else is.
For PS2, it's kind of a little known game but NBA 06 has really impressed me, NBA Life Volume 1 (the story mode) is great for a sports game, kind of reminds me of an rpg. The mini games are fun when friends are over, online is great as well. IMO it's the best all around sports game on the PS2 right now.

I think Halo is the most overrated game of all time. It's just a freakin shooter game. What makes it so much more special than any of the other shooting games out there? I've played it and can't tell one difference except online capability.

the lamest thing of all about halo is every ing person who has it wants to play it all the time and then they gloat like no other about how bad ass they are at it...
When in fact it actually has one of the easiest learning curves ever....once you learn how to aim and shoot without losing control you are just as good as everyone else...or better yet, once you're able to find that stupid sword thing, you can dominate even more
I LOVE Halo, L-O-V-E Halo, but yeah, the learning curve is too easy. The sword is too powerful, and I hate when the noobs get the sword and the rockets. Then they think they are badass. They are just ing noobs. Anf I'm not a big fan of snipers, esp. the ones that go to places you shouldn't be able to go to.
