Timmy's Bank Shot was so clutch early in his career but it eventually faded from his arsenal use in games. Did he (or anyone else) ever mention why that was no longer part of his game later in his career?

They moved him from the baseline up to the elbow as a passer and shooter to prolong his career. The angle from there is bad.

Tim slowed down with the knee injury. He used to fake with that bank shot and drive to the basket.

I feel it's a little bit due to the loss of athleticism due to his bad knee. As John B said, he used to use it as a fake to take it to the rim.
