They played Warriors and Clippers, so losses were expected.
Spurs maybe one of the worst teams in the league now however we currently have a better record then the Lakers.
Just let that sink in and enjoy it.

It's been two games. And we played the Meloless Hornets and the Turnerless Pacers while LAL played the champs and the probable favorites this season. Not really comparable
But yes watching the Lakers stink is fairly enjoyable
We're going to have a lot of opportunities to see LA be terrible all year. The only bad thing is they swap picks with a loaded Pelicans team.
We're 1-1 and they're 0-2 -- should we go into the 4 corners for the next 80 games?
And, of course, we had a better record than the Lakers last year over 82 games.
Let that sink in.
Every team has its highs and lows. The spurs were real good for like 2 decades straight, but are a low point now. The Lakers were champs in the bubble just a few years ago but are now at a pretty low place as well. When your team has tasted success for a while its hard to see them sink to where these two teams are now. Every team makes good or bad signings, good or poor drafts or just has plain bad luck. Its how the team deals with it that makes all the difference but as of now neither team has done much to correct their mistakes. let that sink in for a while.
I want the Lakers to wallow in play-in purgatory again this season. That would be great to see.
We know that man, but it's always nice as a Spurs fan to have a chance to stick it to and troll the Lakers and have a little fun with it.
