Yeah, Pop pulled the hot hand, yet again. The weird lineups are starting to be obvious.
i remember during the big 3 era when a random scrub went hot, and pop played his usual lineups, people would get so mad, accusing pop of sabotaging the team by not riding the hot hand. so wild to see pop actually sabotaging the team for good
Can't wait for this season to end. The Spurs aren't a tanking team.. at least for the 25 odd-years that I have been following them as a fan. As much as I can understand the need to tank to land an once in a generation talent in Wemby, it is difficult to accept that the Spurs are playing (or fielding teams) only to lose!
Rockets tried to throw at the end, but those turn overs were timely at the end. Good job

Starting two 6'1" guys in the backcourt together is certainly a successful approach to tanking... funny how often teams do that while actually hoping to win.

Hate losing to this miserable Rockets team though.
Even with the win, the rockets still suck. Within a week or so, I expect them to lose by 30 plus points to some team that doesn't have 3/4 of their starting line up sitting or injured and is actually trying to win. Rockets still suck.
Perhaps (and 99 likely?) Rockets coach has been ordered by ownership / management to Tank.
