He can't read defenses and he can't hit open receivers. He's not a QB gs. He dances around in the backfield looking for someone to throw the ball to and then takes off running. When he's required to throw the ball in order to win a game he misses receivers. Stop blaming other people. And it's not like he can't play. He's just not a quarterback and you need to come to terms with that at some point
