Yeah, I knew it. He works too hard, overworks himself, but that is also how he became the player he is.

I also believed the quad knee issues were due to overworking and not anything the Spurs did back when there was talk he was blaming them when he asked out.

    Easy to believe.

I had never heard of employers sending staff to a player's location to check that this one WASN'T working too much before Kawhi

Yeah, that's true. lol. Crazy that you have to send someone to keep an eye on him for working too much. Having said that, if he took it easy from time to time, would he have still become the same player? This I'm not sure of.
Also, I just don't see why he blamed the Spurs when it all went down.

I also believe Kobe may have also overworked himself to an extent and shorted his career a bit due to it.

His issues aren’t because of overworking but because of his degenerative tendinopathy that was correctly diagnosed by the Spurs staff at the time. Him working out a bit too much probably doesn’t help but his knee problems are deeper and not likely to ever get better.

I could get it at the start of his career, but still today? Not smart at all

One more instance where having a familly member as a manager/agent isn't always the best move

How do we know it's not his overworking (That I guess probably started his college season and pre daft) that lead to his tendinopathy?

Then, once diagnosed, it's stupid to keep doing it
