PG/SG Kevin Tran is touted as one of the most exciting players and dynamic scorers currently not in the NBA.
Lonzo Ball of the Chicago Bulls, on a recent podcast, said that he doesn't believe that the NBA really has the 450 of the best players in the world anymore and that the NBA is all about fit and politics.
Tran is arguably one of the top 450 best players in the world... it's just that teams in the NBA don't need him to be the prolific scorer he was in college. In order to make the transition into the NBA, scouts agree that he'll need to transition to a pass-first point guard.
Spurs Nation, do you believe there is mutual interested between Tran's camp and the Spurs if the Spurs were to offload Chris Paul and Harrison Barnes at the trade deadline in February?
