#00 is retired for Johnny Moore, though it shouldn't be. He was a role-player who played 8 seasons with the Spurs but was essentially forced to retire due to a rare health condition that required a life-saving surgery, so the Spurs retired his jersey number as sort of a "Damn that sucks, sorry bro." He actually tried to come back to play after the procedure, but he wasn't the same at all and decided to hang 'em up.
He should wear #29.
Fox wore #31 in AAU back in the day, maybe he goes that route. Or he just tried a new number like #8. We'll see.
I hope he takes #4 or #7.
