This game shows just how overrated Duke really is. Being down at HOME with the game on the line against an unranked team isn't part of being #1 in college hoops. I feel so bad for the Hokies, they played their ing asses off and get this kinda "pull-it-out-ya-ass" as a reward.
And Red being the Reggie Bush of men's hoops is laughable. The guy just has a good shot and can make FTs, but he'd get eaten up in the NBA whereas a guy like Reggie Bush would do pretty well in the NFL.

Is there a college team ranked ahead of the Univeristy of Texas in any sport that isn't automatically deemed overrated on this forum? I mean, really. Duke's hoops team; SC's football team.
I'm sure that if Texas was ranked #2 in sychronized swimming, the team in front of them would be overrated.
I hate Duke too especially since i'm a big North Carolina fan.
I'll give Duke that win, they had to have a miracle to beat Virginia Tech. That won't fly against Texas, they will get their ass beat.

I don't think Duke is overrated, in fact I think texas basketball is overrated this year they have not shown me that they are the 2nd best team in the nation, the guards dont even know how to pass it to lamarcus properly, and gibson is becoming malikrosesque in turnovers

the guy didnt play a quarter at point his entire jr and sr seasons and somehow made the jump to a good nba point and combo guard
I thought Hinrich was pretty good at Kansas and had potential. I just don't see Red doing much. All he does is score at the college level, he doesn't really do anything else.

i dont believe many people thought that in college at 6-2, he'd be as good as he is now
Shooters are a dime a dozen, that's all JJ is. He doesn't have good enough skills to be a PG, he's going to be a bench gunner in the pros.
If he goes in the top 10 at all, he will go down as a draft day bust.
