Cam is a nice starter and is a good finishing piece for a team to trade for to basically complete their lineup/rotation. we're not there yet
I had the unique and fortunate opportunity to cover the Nets vs. Bulls game this past week. I wanted to get some footage of former Spurs Tre Jones and Zach Collins but wasn't able to. I've always said that the Bulls saved us from having to overpay for DeAaron Fox.
Coincidentally this game featured two players have been linked to the Spurs in the past: Coby White and Cam Johnson.
Coby White... I've always known to be a dynamic and creative shot maker. A long term deal for him a few years ago would look amazing right now. Most likely, he'd be overpaid by some team for his next contract.
Cam Johnson... I wasn't all that familiar with his game. I thought he was mostly spot-up volume 3-point shooter. He moves well for someone his size and can definitely put the ball on the floor. He turns 30 next year, not sure how that will fit with our timeline.
United Center... definitely shows its age as one of the older stadiums in the league. There are no cup holders in the seats. The Bulls' championship banners got burned during a concert the night before and were not present during this game (and for the rest of the season).

I thought Cam Johnson would've been a good fit in Milwaukee as a Middleton replacement instead of Kuzma.
I agree that he's a finishing piece.
Cam Johnson is like a athletic Kyle Anderson he does it all super effeciant
