2nd favorite team after Spurs, even like the Fever due to Caitlyn Clark....

Anyhow, hoping they beat OKC and win the whole enchilada...

Agreed. SGA's OKC team seems better than KD's. That's not good for the Western Conference.

But, this new punitive CBA will kick them in the nuts like it's about to do to the Celtics. SGA, Chet and JWill all getting max deals. Sam Presti paying all that AND keeping all that young depth - who are all on rookie deals (for now**)? I'm guessing no.

I wouldn't mind the Lakers poaching Cason Wallace or Jaylin Williams in 2027 when we have cap space, for example.

**Just forecasting here...By comparison, can the small market Spurs afford to pay Wemby Fox and Castle max deals?

Okay, back on topic: Go Pacers!

yes we can easily. We can even pay Harper the max once Fox is done. And in the meantime we'll just add KD and run a train on the Lakers

I can't wait for you farmers to max Wemby. History tells me dudes 7'4 or taller have short careers:

    Yao
    Manute Bol
    Ralph Sampson

But hey, Wemby might be different?

Good stuff. We'll see if Wemby last that long. I'm rooting for him tbh.

TBH stopped watching NBA due to LeBron iso-ball, Warrior chuckers and the Israeli woke virus. But this Pacers team might bring back the love of the game.

Names are made in the postseason. Halliburton is on a tear from a visibility standpoint, even if his game is unconventional in that he's not carrying the bulk of the offensive load night in and night out. Pacers are a tough team to face but so is OKC.
