OOoooo...tough one. It's hard to stop that kind of stuff without being a jerk. Props to you for not wanting to be one, either.
Only respond to things that are business related?
There is this girl who I work with (sort of) that I know has a thing for me. She is constantly trying to talk to me. I am really not into her at all. She is very nice, but is annoying and in MY OPINION not attractive.
She works for a plumbing supplier company and is constantly emailing me and send me jokes that aren't funny. She emails me different things and I don't want to respond, but hate ignoring people. For instance, its been awhile since I have had to go in there to order things, so today I get an email saying, "Did you miss me?" The first thing that comes to mind to reply with is "why would I," but I don't want to be mean. If I don't respond, which I hardly ever do, she'll send something saying, "are you busy?"
I reply and say yes so that she can get the hint. However, she doesn't stop. She replies and says something like, "too bad, I'm going to bother you anyway." Its annoying and I want her to stop emailing me for things other than business related. How should I do this or go about it?

I try to ^, but then she will ask me if I am busy and me not wanting to ignore her respond by saying, "yes I am a little busy," but she doesn't get the hint.
Tell her you are not interested and to stop emailing you.
Easier said than done because she emails me when the stuff I order gets in or emails me when items being discontinued go on sale for really cheap.
If it is your company email you can simply say that your company policy is that emails are for business use only. Then give her a email address that you never use.
Or just lay it on the line and give her your left handed opinion.

If you've given her hints and she hasn't yet stopped, you need to be adamant about it and just straight out tell her you don't like it. It sounds like she won't stop otherwise.

Keep her on the hook...it doesn't take that much time to return the e-mails...plus you don't want to piss off someone that can "lose" an order just when you need it...
plus...you never know...you might be drunk and horny some time and feel differently...

or the ol' fish hook

Tell me what you think guys. Should I just tell her something like, "I really appreciate all your help, but I really don't have time to be emailing (I'd be lying) back and forth about anything besides work." What do you guys think? Would that work or would it piss her off?
Take her to someplace quiet, but public. Preferably outdoors where there are people around. Sit down with her casually, look her in the eye, and kindly but firmly say, "Ga a, you've got to stop flirting with me".

That would work, I think, and if she still doesn't get the hint then be a little more firm with her and tell her to back the off...

My advice. . .(a) one-night stand and then never call her again, followed by (b) find another plumbing supplier.
You could always be upfront and honest with her like some folks have suggested, but then you'd probably still be stuck following part (b) above, only minus the sex part.
