That's all UT and their fans can do is dream. In their dreams is the only place they can beat USC. This game will prove to everyone how overrated UT and Vince Young are.

Not a fan of either team, but I am a realist. USC will dominate.
Things Texas needs to do to win:
Vince Young will have to be near perfect on his decision making. He needs to stay patient and take what the Trojans give him. Don't force things. Run when they drop into coverage, make your hot reads when they blitz. And try to manage the clock and keep the Trojan offense off the field. Nickel and diming it down the field would be a good thing.
The defense is strong and physical. That doesn't bode well for Lendale White. I don't think he will have a very good game except down on the goaline. It's Bush the Longhorn defense will have difficulty containing. They will have to stay disciplined and don't overpursue. Bush is great at cutting against the grain and with his speed, he just needs a little daylight. Jarrett is almost unstoppable, one on one. He's like Sweed, but more skilled and faster. I say double him and make Smith beat you. Blitz Leinart in situations he doesn't expect it. I would blitz him on every 3rd and long situation. Make him get rid of the rock early and get some hits on him.
The Special Teams will need to play at the same level they have the entire year. I think the Special Teams could be the deciding factor. A blocked kick or kick return could win this game.

Batman is hilarious and not in a cute way. In a dumb way. The Big 12 was nothing this year. The only quality team they beat was Ohio State. I know Texas Tech has a good offense, but what else is new. They always have and have never done anything. UT struggled against teams just like USC. What's your point Bat?
USC is a lot better than UT. I know its hard to swollow, but its true. That team is on another level. They just got more experience and better talent. No doubt about it.
